TeamViewer is a proprietary computer software that facilitates remote control, online gaming, desktop sharing, web conferencing and file exchange between computers. TeamViewer enjoys widespread adoption by users on a wide array of platforms, allowing people to connect on the widest array of platforms across diverse technologies.

If I selected the computer in the main Teamviewer window, and then hit Connect. It says 'Connecting to Partner' 'Connecting' and then a red dot appears 'Reason Unknown'. I uninstalled and went back to v10. Same thing happens. How can I get Teamviewer to work again? Re: 'Reason Unknown' « Reply #1 on: January 08, 2015, 11:13:18 AM » TeamViewer has posted nothing on its web site, its Facebook page or either of its twitter accounts, either @TeamViewer or @TeamViewerhelp. As I haven't received a reply from TeamViewer on here I have opened a support ticket with them directly. I will let you guys know what the resolution is when / if I get one.
